Reporting a bug
Please include — it makes the fix much faster:
- device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 26)
- app version (Options screen, bottom line)
- game mode and what happened; a screenshot or screen recording helps a lot
FAQ
Duel Nearby can't find the second device
Keep the two devices next to each other with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned on, and open the Duel Nearby screen on both. Also check Settings → Apps → Serpent → Local Network is allowed — the duel runs over your local network only, nothing goes to the internet.
My campaign progress didn't move to a new device
Progress syncs through iCloud. Make sure both devices use the same Apple ID and iCloud Drive is enabled for Serpent (Settings → your name → iCloud). Give it a minute after the first launch.
Leaderboards or achievements don't show up
They live in Game Center. Sign in at Settings → Game Center, then relaunch the game.
Does it support game controllers?
Yes — Xbox, PlayStation and MFi controllers over Bluetooth, including full menu navigation.
Are there ads or purchases?
No ads, no subscriptions, no in-app purchases. Everything except Game Center works fully offline.
